Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in publishing with St. Augustine Orthodox Press!
The St. Augustine Orthodox Press Submissions Committee accepts submissions on a rolling basis, but reviews and makes decisions once per quarter. In order for your work to be considered, please submit your proposal one month in advance of our scheduled reviews. Submissions received after the designated deadlines will be saved and reviewed the following quarter. See the schedule below:

Submission Guidelines
Please follow the guidelines listed below. Work that fails to follow these guidelines will be returned with a list of corrections before it is accepted for review.
- E-mail a complete, digital, double-spaced, word-processed manuscript in a standard format, with US Letter page dimensions (8.5 x 11 inches) with one-inch margins, and with Unicode fonts only, a detailed cover letter, and a résumé or curriculum vitae.
- Follow St. Augustine Orthodox Press’ house style with no formatting beyond paragraph indentations, italics where appropriate, and block quotes correctly indented but still double-spaced. Please review our style sheet, which can be viewed and downloaded in PDF format.
